Experienced business development leader brings more than two decades of experience to facilitate nationwide Special Risk growth for the Berkshire Hathaway carrier.
SPRINGFIELD, MASS. (March 21, 2023) – Wellfleet is pleased to announce that David de Gala has joined the company as National Sales Executive for Special Risk.
David brings over 20 years of experience in the Accident & Health industry and, most recently, was Regional Vice President of Sales at Pan-American Life Insurance Group.
In his new role, David will help clients nationwide obtain Special Risk insurance, including coverage for daycare, camps, concerts, festivals, and fun runs. He will also provide Student Accident insurance, including K-12, after-school activities, and field trips, along with Amateur Sports insurance for youth football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and gymnastics. Furthermore, David will assist with Intercollegiate Sports insurance, which includes all sanctioned sports and intramural and club sports at colleges and universities nationwide.
