The celebration coincides with Wellfleet’s “Homecoming Week,” an annual event which sees its national workforce assemble at its Springfield, Mass. headquarters for a week of meetings and team-building activities.
Originally launched as a Third-Party Administrator in 1993 as Consolidated Health Plans, Wellfleet joined the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies in 2011 prior to its growth and conversion to an insurance company offering student health insurance plans, voluntary employee benefits, and special risk insurance products.
The marking of its 30th year in business puts into perspective the commitment to exceptional client and partner service Wellfleet has held – both historically and in its long-term outlook.
