As an administrator, and now, a carrier of student health for numerous colleges and universities, we take pride in our customer-centricity. Throughout our rebranding phase, we remain sensitive to our CHP Student Health members and clients. While CHP will be transitioning to Wellfleet on Jan. 7, CHP Student Health will remain throughout the 2018/2019 school year.
Student members, clients, and broker partners will begin seeing the Wellfleet name and logo co-branded with CHP Student Health starting on Jan. 7, 2019. Beginning on July 1, 2019, CHP Student Health will officially become Wellfleet Student Health.
