Event Itinerary

Guests will engage 1-on-1 and in group settings with members of Team Wellfleet. A mix of working sessions and relaxing activities will make our annual producer conference one of the year’s best events.

Monday, September 20

Guests arrive at Hotel Viking
4:30-6:15 p.m.: Welcome Cocktail Reception
6:30-10:30 p.m.: Cookout at the Tennis Hall of Fame

Tuesday, September 21

7:30-9:30 a.m.: Breakfast
- Breakfast will be served until 9:30 a.m. for spouses and plus-ones who aren’t attending the Welcome Meeting.
8:00-8:30 a.m.: Welcome Meeting
8:30-8:45 a.m.: Break
8:45-11:00 a.m.: Breakout Meetings
- College & Special Risk
- Workplace Benefits
11:00-1:00 p.m.: Lunch
- A boxed lunch will be available for anyone participating in golf. Golfers must be on the shuttle by 11:45 to make it to the course on time. A buffet-style lunch will be served for all other guests.
11:30 a.m.: Tuesday Activity Breakout
6:00-6:15-7:30 p.m.: Sail on Narragansett Bay
- For anyone not sailing, the shuttle will be at Hotel Viking to pick up for dinner at 7 p.m.
7:30-10:30 p.m.: Dinner

Wednesday, September 22

8:00-9:30 a.m.: Breakfast
11:00 a.m.: Hotel Check-out
