Since launching 25 years ago, Consolidated Health Plans has provided superior insurance solutions by being accessible, responsive, and flexible. In recent years, our team, products, and services have grown immensely. This rapid growth led us to rename and rebrand the company and its entities to better align our corporate mission and vision to the various product lines we serve.
As of Jan. 7, 2019, CHP has become Wellfleet.
Under the Wellfleet name, we will continue to deliver customer-centric insurance solutions with quality service and uncompromising ethics – protecting people against risk throughout every stage of life.
This transition will be seen in the names of our insurance administration operation as well as our carriers. Wellfleet has become the marketing name used to refer to the insurance administration operations of Commercial Casualty Insurance Company (changing to Wellfleet Insurance Company upon regulatory approval), Atlanta International Insurance Company (changing to Wellfleet New York Insurance Company upon regulatory approval), and Wellfleet Group, LLC (formerly from Consolidated Health Plans, LLC).
Our renaming and rebranding efforts enable our three entities to live under one go-to-market name and service clients and members through four distinct brand lines: CHP Student Health (changing to Wellfleet Student Health July 1, 2019), Wellfleet Workplace, Wellfleet Special Risk, and BeRx (changing to Wellfleet Rx July 1, 2019).
We are extremely excited about the future of Wellfleet and look forward to you and your organization being a part of it.
Kind regards,
Drew DiGiorgio
President & CEO, Wellfleet
